Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@studiorocco.co.uk and we will email you return instructions.

All items returned should be sent via Royal Mail and are at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.

Please use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage.

The Following Items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalised orders unless they arrive damaged.

Gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return and you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note that any refund will be less the original postage cost.

01) Use a tape measure to measure your wrist in inches

02) Measure pulling the tape tightly around your wrist

03) Add half an inch to your measurement and that will be your final size

03) Choose the bracelet size closest to your final size

 

NB - If buying as a gift the average size is 6.5inch
